Frequently asked questions
Can candidates cheat by changing their device clock or refreshing?
No. All timing is computed on the server from the attempt's start and expiry timestamps. Refreshing resumes the exam with the correct remaining time, and when time expires the attempt auto-submits with every saved answer intact.
What happens if a candidate loses internet connection mid-exam?
Answers keep saving to the device and sync automatically when the connection returns. The exam continues seamlessly, but the server-side expiry time never extends.
Is my organization's data isolated from other tenants?
Yes. Every table is protected by PostgreSQL Row Level Security scoped to your organization, and candidate-facing requests can never read answer keys.
Which payment methods do you support?
Billing runs on Paystack (cards, bank transfer and USSD in Nigeria), with an architecture ready for Stripe internationally. The Free plan needs no payment details.
